Buttermilk Pancake

   Combine buttermilk, baking soda and egg yolks.

   Mix lightly and add to dry ingredients.

   Mix until batter is barely smooth.

   Stir in butter; fold in egg whites.

   Cook on hot greased pancake griddle, turning once, until pancakes are browned both sides.
