Method (preview)

   To taste 1 c Thickly sliced fresh

   Strawberries 1 sm Thinly sliced red onion

   Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl.

   In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.

   Add to the spinach and toss lightly.

   Add strawberries and onion.
