   Juice of 1/2 lemon

   Spray glass baking pan with light cooking spray.

   Cut cone out of top of each apple and spoon some lemon juice into each.

   Sprinkle with cinnamon.

   Add some honey and juice to each and stuff each with raisins.

   Microwave, lightly covered, until skins have split and apples are softened. Serve hot.
