Wilton Chocolate Buttercream Icing

A home-style Wilton Chocolate Buttercream Icing made with Clear Vanilla Extract, Water, Shortening, Butter, and Bittersweet. Serves 3. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

• 4 tsp
• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup
• 3 oz

Method (preview)

   Sift the powdered sugar and meringue powder into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

   Cream shortening, butter, flavorings and water.

   Gradually add sifted dry ingredients and mix on medium speed until all ingredients have been thoroughly mixed together.

   Blend an additional minute or so until creamy.
