Tortilla Torte is a home-style recipe made with Sour Cream, Chocolate Chips, and Powdered Sugar.

- 3.0 cup Sour Cream
- 1.0 pkg Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 cup Powdered Sugar

Melt 1 package chocolate chips and mix with 2 cups sour cream. Let
