   In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well.

   Reserve 3 tbsp. crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture lightly in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.

   Spoon sherbet into crust-lined pan; top with pineapple.

   Spread ice cream over pineapple.

   Top with reserved crumb mixture and lime peel.

   Freeze until firm.
