Ingredientes

• 4.0 cup Fresh Yogurt Unflavored
• 1.0 Md Cucumber Peeled And Coarsely Grated
• 4.0 clove Garlic Crushed
• 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil

   Place a piece of cheesecloth in a colander and pour in the yogurt.

   Allow the yogurt to drain for several hours.
