• 1.0 head Green Cabbage
• 1.0 Medium Onion
• 1.0 Green Pepper
• 0.5 cup Oil

Méthode (aperçu)

   Shred cabbage into long skinny pieces. Slice the pepper to match. Peel and slice onion into thin rings. Toss together. Mix oil, vinegar and spices together. Pour over cabbage and peppers, toss together. My aunt Katie, although a "dyed in the wool" southerner, makes this slaw. A nice change from traditional country slaw.
