Vegetable Bean Soup

   In 3 quart sauce pan, add water, vegetable juice, soup mix, and bouillon cube, bring to boil.

   Add pasta flakes, dried onions, celery seed, and frozen vegetables, lower heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
