Venison Pepper Steak

Venison Pepper Steak is a home-style recipe made with Cream, Dijon Mustard, and Dry Sherry Vegetable Oil. Serves 6.

• 1.0 cup Cream
• 2.0 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 1.0 cup Dry Sherry Vegetable Oil

   Put enough oil in a heavy skillet (do NOT use non-stick, you'll destroy the pan and your food) to just coat the bottom, heat until VERY hot.

   Put the venison in the pan and sear it hard on all sides, cooking it to rare or medium-rare.
