Ingrediënten

• 0.75 cup Buttermilk
• 1.0 tbsp Chicken Flavor Instant Bouillon
• 0.5 tsp Oregano Leaves
• 3.0 lb Chicken Pcs

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   In large bowl, combine buttermilk, bouillon and oregano, if desired; let stand 10 min. Add chicken, stirring to coat. Let stand 30 min. to blend flavors. In plastic bag, combine flour and paprika. Add chicken, a few pcs. at a time; shake to coat. Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9 - inch baking dish. Drizzle with margarine. bake at 350* for 1 hr. or until golden

   Tip: To fry chicken, omit melted margarine; fry in vegetable oil.
