• 0.75 qt Cottage Cheese
• 1.0 can Pineapple
• 9.0 oz Cool Whip
• 1.0 box Pistachio Instant Pudding

   Put pudding in bowl, add pineapple and cottage cheese, mix well. Add cool whip and mix by hand. Refrigerate until ready to use. Add coconut and nuts if desired.
