• 1.0 pt Whipping Cream
• 1.0 tsp Unflavored Gelatin Water
• 0.25 cup Sugar
• 1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

   When well chilled begin whipping.

   If cake is to stand for more than 2 hours after frosting, beat in the dissolved gelatin. (Dissolve in cup set in boiling water.) Dribble into cream, beating constantly.
