Method (preview)

1. 1

   Add chocolate and crystal malts to 1.

   5 gal of cold water and bring to a boil.

   Remove grains when boiling starts.

   Add malt extract and boiling hops and boil 45-60 min. Add finishing hops during final 2-5 min. Sparge and pitch when cool.

   Bottle when ready.
