Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Place a rack in the center of the oven & preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place a glass or metal pan filled with water in the bottom of the oven. This is to keep the cake from drying out while baking.

   Lightly spray a 12 cup Bundt pan with vegetable oil spray, then dust with flour. Shake out the excess flour. Set the pan aside (1/4 cup flour is more than sufficient)
