Asparagus Soup

• Asparagus Water Salt
• 1.0 qt Milk
• 2.0 oz Butter Pepper

Method (preview)

   Take asparagus, break into 1/2 inch pieces, boil until tender in salted water, add 1 quart good rich milk or part cream, add 2 ounces butter, season with pepper and it is ready to serve. This is delicious.
