• 2.0 Large Potatoes
• 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2.0 tbsp Butter
• 1.0 Large Onion

Preparo (prévia)

   Pre-heat the oven to 400. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes longer. Lightly oil a medium casserole dish. Layer in the sliced potatoes. Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 hour (or until the potatoes are tender). Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
