Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Barbecue Beef Sandwiches is a home-style recipe made with Boneless Beef Round Steak, Salt, Coarsely Ground Pepper, Coleslaw Mix Or Shredded Cabbage, Medium Onion, and Regular Long Grain Rice. Serves 8.

   Substitution: You can make this filling with tomato sauce instead of barbecue sauce if you want a milder-flavored sauce. Bone-in round steak can also be used instead of the boneless steak. Cut the steak into 3-inch pieces, leaving the bone attached to one of the pieces. The bone adds great flavor. Be sure to remove the bone before serving.
