Bourbon Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 0.75 lb Butter Or Margarine
• 1.0 Large Packag Marshmallows
• 4.0 Large Sweet Potatoes
• 0.5 cup Bourbon Or More

Method (preview)

   In a double boiler, put butter and marshmallows (save a few for decoration). Cook until marshmallows dissolve and mixture is sticky and gooey.

   Drain sweet potatoes, put in mixing bowl and beat well with marshmallow mixture and bourbon.
