• 2.0 tsp Lemon Juice Egg Or Egg Replacement
• 1.6667 stick Butter Or Margarine C Flour
• 0.25 cup Crisco Ts Baking Powder
• 0.5 cup Dark Brown Sugar Or Sub Ts Baking Soda

   Preheat oven to 350. Boil carrots until soft enough to mash. Drain
