• 0.25 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2.0 tsp Mustard
• 1.0 tsp Salt

   Combine first 6 ingredients. Slowly add oil, beating constantly until thickened. Cover; chill. If dressing separates, stir well before serving over fruit salads.
