• 2.0 tbsp Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 0.5 cup Milk
• 0.25 cup Egg Substitute
• 2.0 tbsp Sugar

Method (preview)

   Microwave on Full Power, uncovered, for 60-90 seconds or until steaming hot. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add egg substitute or egg and sugar to chocolate mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in vanilla and bread cubes.

   Spoon mixture into two 6-ounce microwave-safe custard cups.
