• 2.0 cup Flour
• 0.75 cup Cold Water
• 2.0 tbsp Olive Or Salad Oil

   About 1-1/4 hours before serving:

   Put cornmeal and 2 c. flour into a medium bowl. Gradually stir in water. Knead dough with hand for 2 minutes or until smooth. cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rest 15 minutes. While dough is resting, in a 10" skillet over medium heat, cook onion, basil and salt in oil until onion is tender.
