• 0.5 pkg Ore Ida Frozen Mashed Potatoes
• 1.0 cup Milk
• 0.3333 cup Regular Or Light Sour Cream
• 2.0 oz Cream Cheese

Method (preview)

   Prepare potatoes following package directions, but using only 1 cup of milk. Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir until creamy and blended. Add bacon bits and scallion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
