Ingredients

• 0.5 gal Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1.5 cup Broken Pecans
• 1.0 jar Maraschino Cherries Drained And Coarsely Chopped
• 0.5 cup Brandy

Method (preview)

   Toast pecans in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Soften ice cream just until it is workable. Mix in remaining ingredients. Return to ice cream container and refreeze. Makes 1/2 gallon.
