Ingredients
- 7.0 cup Sliced Cucumber
- 2.0 Water
- 2.0 cup Dry Lime

Mix the lime, water and cucumbers in container. I use a plastic bucket with

good results. Let stand 24 hours. Then, wash at least 5 times in cold water,
and cover with fresh water. Let stand for 3 hours and drain. Add 1/2 gallon
