Ingredients

• 2.0 lb Lamb
• 2.0 Onions
• 4.0 stalk Celery
• 1.0 lb Carrots

   Peel and slice all of the vegetables. Put in oven pot or crockpot. Add barley. Pour water over all. Baste with juices from time to time. Cook in crockpot for 4 hours. Cooks in oven quicker. Season.
