• 1.0 Wide Egg Noodles
• 2.0 tbsp Butter Or Margarine
• 16.0 oz Sliced Mushrooms
• 1.0 Medium Onion

   While the noodles are cooking, melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt nd pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are lightly browned. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break up the meat.

   Add gravy and heat to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Serve the beef mixture over noodles; sprinkle with paprika.
