• 3.0 Large Baking Potatoes
• 2.0 Egg Whites
• 2.0 tsp Nonfat Parmesan Cheese
• 1.0 tsp Garlic Powder

   Cut unpeeled potatoes lengthwise into thin 1/4" strips. Pat dry with paper
