• 8.0 oz Softened Cream Cheese
• 1.0 pkg Strawberry Gelatin
• 0.5 cup Light Cream

   Fold the chocolate into the cream cheese.

   Place the gelatin in the light cream, scald, stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Allow to cool. Fold into the cheese mix. Cool and chill but do not allow to set.
