- 3.0 oz Melted Butter
- 2.0 Eggs
- 2.0 tbsp Cold Water

Make a dough with the flour, a third of the butter, 1 egg and the water. Roll into 2 balls and leave for 15 minutes in a cold place. Roll each piece very thinly, spread with melted butter.

Repeat until all the butter is used up.
Roll out as thinly as possible into 2 rounds - paper thin is perfect.
