• 1.0 container Ricotta Cheese
• 1.0 pkg Frozen Spinach Thawed
• 2.0 Eggs Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method (preview)

   Mix together and spread over the phyllo pastry. May freeze now or bake at 350 (325 for a glass dish) for 30 min until browned. May freeze after baking also. Cut into squares. Serve hot.
