Pizza Dough

Ingredients

• 0.25 tsp Sugar
• 0.75 cup Lukewarm Water Degrees F Too Hot And You Ll
• 1.75 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour Or Bread Flour
• 0.5 tsp Salt

Method (preview)

   Stir yeast and sugar into water, let sit for 8 minutes or so.

   It should become slightly foamy with a familiart "yeast" odor.
