• 0.75 cup Potatoes
• 4.0 cup Powdered Sugar
• 4.0 cup Coconut
• 1.5 Tsps Vanilla

   In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, sugar, coconut, vanilla, and salt until blended. Press into one large or two small pans, so candy will be 1/2" thick. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Pour melted chocolate on top of candy, cool, and cut into square
