- 0.3333 cup Wine Vinegar
- 0.25 tsp Salt

Peel and cube potatoes and dice egg.

Combine potatoes, eggs, green pepper and onion. Mix remaining
ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Pour over potato mixture.
