Potato Scallops

Potato Scallops — a community recipe on Potlikkr.

Ingredients

• 1.0 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1.0 tbsp Plain Flour Water

Method (preview)

   To make batter: Place flours in a bowl and whisk in enough water to make a smooth batter (not too thick) Dip potatoes into batter and fry in oil until lightly brown. Drain on absorbent paper. When ready to serve, reheat oil and refry until golden and tender. Drain and serve.
