Ingredients

• 0.75 cup Milk Scalded
• 3.0 cup Flour
• 1.0 pkg Yeast
• 0.25 cup Water Lukewarm

Method (preview)

   Pour milk over salt, sugar and shortening. Cool to lukewarm. Add egg,

   then yeast which has been disolved in water. Add about half of the flour.
