- 0.5 gal Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1.0 can Pumpkin Pie Mix
- 0.25 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spices
- 1.0 tsp Brandy

Allow ice cream to soften to a mixable stage but not over soften. Add

pumpkin and mix well with spoon (not beaters). Add spice and brandy or
vanilla if preferred. Mix and fold well refreeze until hard.
