Method (preview)

   Pastry: In a food processor cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add flour and process till mixture forms a ball.

   On floured surface, form pastry into an oblong shape. Divide into 3 equal flattened balls. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
