Soft Pretzels

Ingredients

• 5.0 cup Flour
• 1.0 pkg Rapid Rise Yeast
• 0.75 tsp Salt
• 1.25 cup Hot Tap Water Coarse Salt Salt Dip

Method (preview)

   Salt dip - in pie plate, combine 1 Tbs salt, 2 Tbsp baking soda and 1/4 cup water

   In large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt and hot water. Knead in bowl until combined. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead till smooth. Form dough into ball. Invert bowl over dough and let rise 15 min.
