Ingredients

• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 1.0 cup Cake Flour
• 1.0 tbsp Lemon Juice

   Beat egg yolks until thick. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, and rind.

   Mix well. Sift flour, measure, and sift. Fold into egg mixture.
