Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients

• 1.0 qt Strawberries
• 2.25 cup Vanilla Yogurt
• 0.3333 cup Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1.5 cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs

Method (preview)

   Set aside 4 strawberries for garnish. Pick over the rest, discarding any that are moldy or too soft; wash remainder briefly and dry gently but thoroughly. Hull, trim, and slice thinly; you should end up with about 3 cups.

   Stir together the yogurt and chocolate chips; set aside.
