- 1.0 tsp Vanilla
- 1.0 pkg Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Melt caramels with water and vanilla in double boiler. Cool slightly.

Separately, melt chocolate and set aside in a warm place. Place 4 pecan
halves on prepared baking sheet. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of caramel mixture
