   Layer in your crockpot the above ingredients in the following order: carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, mushrooms. Lay roast on top.

   Mix the following ingredients well and pour over the roast. Make sure it is spread over all of the roast because this helps to blend the flavors better and helps keep the roast moist. 1 10 1/2 oz can fat free cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can water 1/2 cup low fat sour cream Garlic powder to taste Peper to taste Oregano to taste Sage to taste
