- 1.0 can Garbanzo Beans
- 1.0 can Black Beans
- 1.0 cup Brown Rice And Wild Rice

Cook rice as usual, but add extra water so that the rice is still somewhat

Add beans, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs to rice and heat through.
