Ingredients

• 0.3333 cup Dried Apricots Boiling Water
• 2.0 tbsp Brandy
• 0.6667 cup Cream
• 1.0 pc Lemon Rind

   Pour enough boiling water over the apricots to cover and leave for 1 hour.

   Drain, then simmer in water until soft. Cool.
