Ingrediënten

• 3.0 Eggs
• 0.5 cup Milk
• 3.0 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
• 0.5 cup Finely Chopped Onion

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   In large mixing bowl beat eggs. Stir in milk, crumbs, onion, and salt. Add meat and mix well. Chill. Shape mixture into 6 dozen 1-inch balls. Bake 25-30 minutes in 375� oven. Freeze.
