Ingredients
- 4.0 cup Beet Juice
- 1.0 pkg Pectin
- 0.5 cup Lemon Juice

In large pan put beet juice, pectin and lemon juice. Bring to a rolling boil.

Add 6 cups sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Put in jars. Seal. Wash beets real good.
