Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 3.0 cup Half Amp Half
• 2.0 tbsp Flour
• 2.0 tbsp Water
• 3.0 Egg Yolks

Method (preview)

   In a double boiler, scald the cream. Blend the flour with the water and add to the cream. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, slowly add to the cream with the extract. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove and chill. Follow manufacturer's directions for the ice cream maker. Add the blueberries just before ice cream is frozen(last 5 minutes). Makes 6 cups
