• 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
• 1.0 tsp Baking Powder
• 1.0 tsp Baking Soda
• 0.5 tsp Flaked Sea Salt

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

   For the quick bread, sift together the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl. Mix in the chopped pecan nuts.
